Coordinating chaos

For any business, your digital presence is your first impression and it should reflect your brand, your personality and your values. But when you’re a creative, your genius often lies in your craft, not in building seamless, tech-friendly systems.

That was exactly the challenge for my client, a hugely talented yoga teacher – who also happens to be my sister. She has a unique style, an incredible way with words, and a powerful presence in her classes but her online presence wasn’t doing her justice.

She didn’t know where to begin in creating a website, let alone a booking system. Her classes are in-demand, so she doesn’t have time to check and respond to emails, cancel and reschedule bookings and check website analytics.

She could have hired a website designer, but she wanted to have the autonomy to be able to update her classes and blog posts without having to pay someone to do that for her.

Some really well-known brands have sites that are difficult to navigate, contain broken links and inaccurate or confusing schedule information. Together, we worked on understanding and conveying her brand identity and USP - who she was, what she loved, and how she wanted her business to be perceived. This wasn’t just about building a website; it was about creating a digital home that reflected her essence.

We worked on:

  • Designing a brand-aligned website with an aesthetic that was intuitive, and uniquely her.

  • Transforming her class booking system, so clients could easily book & pay online in seconds. This also helped reduce my bookkeeping time and meant HMRC reporting was seamless.

  • Offering class packs with discounts, saving regular clients time and money.

  • Implementing seamless automations. Messages, reminders, and cancellations all flow directly to clients (and to her phone).

  • Creating a simple, repeatable blog template. She now speaks her ideas, converts voice to text, and effortlessly posts new content each month.

  • Setting up a professional, automated newsletter without the stress of writing & scheduling emails.

One of the biggest advantages was that we know each other so well. Working long-term with a remote assistant provides the ability to adapt as your brand grows and evolves. Unlike hiring a full-time employee, I provide on-demand expertise without the long-term commitment, yet you can call on me whenever, wherever you need.

Over time, I’ve helped Keira rebrand her website six times, always ensuring that it reflects the latest version of her business. Now, as she moves into filming content and expanding her online offerings, I’ll be there to support her in video production, digital marketing and whatever she needs next.

This results in more time for her to put creative magic into what she loves and does best. By outsourcing the tech and admin overwhelm, she’s now:

  • Fully booked, effortlessly. Without chasing clients or handling endless messages.

  • More focused & creative. She spends time doing what she loves, not drowning in admin.

  • Less stressed, feels more in control. Systems are in place, and she knows I’m there when she needs updates.

  • Continuously growing. With a trusted admin support, she can expand into new opportunities with confidence.

At its core, working with an assistant is about more than just ticking off tasks, it’s about having someone who listens, understands your brand, and evolves with you.

  • I get to know you & your business. This means every project truly aligns with your vision.

  • You receive professional, polished results without hiring full-time, paying only for the support you need.

  • Your business runs smoothly & professionally without the constant stress of managing everything yourself.

  • You have a trusted partner as you grow. Someone who can step in whenever you need.

For Keira, trusting me with her online presence wasn’t just about saving time, it was about stepping into her full potential, stress-free.

If you’re a creative entrepreneur feeling overwhelmed by the tech and admin side of your business, get in touch. Together, we can create seamless systems that let you focus on what you do best while I handle the rest.
